  • ♦ Wash-down areas, high pressure and low-pressure hoses (both cold water only).
  • ♦ 120kms+ of tracks to explore, inc 2hr, 4hr and 6hr trails marked on your map.

Also available (subject to availability):

  • Hire a yard ($20 per yard, per night) – subject to availability
  • Hire a guide (cost varies on length of time, please contact us for prices)

Things to keep in mind

  • BYO camping gear
  • BYO cooking equipment and food (we can provide food and BBQ for an additional cost if requested)
  • BYO bathing set-up. No showers on site. Nearest shower is a 15 minute drive away at the Grey Gum Cafe
  • BYO Horse Feed and Equipment
  • Chapman Valley Horses are available for hire, but must be under supervision of a hired CVHR guide
  • Guides are available for hire for $20 per hour
  • Due to safety reasons BYO horses are unable to join our regular guided trail rides.
  • Our insurance stipulates that all riders MUST wear helmets whilst riding – including those who bring their own horses.
  • If using electric tape for your fencing, please make sure it’s electrified, otherwise our cattle might walk in during the night.

The property contains cattle, dogs, kangaroos, wallabies, wombats and other potentially scary stuff, including the occasional tractor or quad bike as the Chapman family go about their duties. Be sensible, and bring only a horse that you trust in these unpredictable surroundings.
